About the Role:
CQI Home Inspections in Hollywood, MD is looking for a motivated Septic Inspector and Installer Helper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a rewarding career in the home inspection and septic services industry alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with septic system inspections, installations, and evaluations on residential properties
- Support lead inspectors in locating, uncovering, and assessing septic tanks and drain fields
- Help prepare and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment before and after inspections
- Assist with documentation and reporting of septic system findings
- Operate hand and power tools safely during installation and inspection tasks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and local health department regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in septic systems, plumbing, excavation, or general labor preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn septic inspection and installation techniques
- Basic knowledge of Maryland septic regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
