About the Role:
CQI Home Inspections is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Hollywood, MD! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our brand presence and connecting homeowners with the trusted inspection services they need. If you're passionate about marketing and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! Hours will be 20-30 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Manage and create content for social media platforms to grow brand awareness
- Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters and promotional materials
- Coordinate with local partners, real estate agents, and vendors to promote services
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics
- Maintain and update website content and online listings
- Assist in planning and organizing community outreach and promotional events
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
